Lindsay Lohan arrived in court a little after 8 AM on Friday to face Judge Elden S. Fox, who is set to rule after she violated conditions of her DUI probation by testing positive on a random drug test, just days after she was released from UCLA Medical Center back in September.

8:16 AM PDT: Michael Lohan, Lindsay’s dad, is at the courthouse. He has a huge slash across his neck from an alleged altercation with another man on Thursday night. He is showing the injury to the reporters.
8:10 AM PDT: Lindsay is wearing jeans, a white shirt, black blazer, black heels and her hair is in a ponytail. She’s carrying a Chanel bag.
8:09 AM PDT: Lindsay is upstairs, where the courtrooms are, at the courthouse. She walked in with her mom, Dina Lohan. She went straight into the restrooms.
8:08 AM PDT: Lindsay has arrived at the Beverly Hills Superior Courthouse.
