Owen Wilson Talks New Movie On MySpace

Owen Wilson is speaking publicly for
the first time since his reported suicide attempt. It’s in a MySpace conversation with his friend, Wes Anderson, who directed “The Darjeeling Limited.”

But The Darjeeling Limited is the only thing they talk about in this five-minute conversation.

Wilson tells Anderson he was uneasy about going to India to make the film.

He says he “had to get a whole battery of shots and you have to take malaria pills.” Both Anderson and Wilson say they never took the pills. Wilson says his co-star Adrien Brody took his but apparently got “terrible nightmares.”

Wilson says he likes “The Darjeeling Limited” because of its themes. He says one line in particular in the movie means a lot to him.

It’s when his character says: “I want us to become brothers again like we used to be.”
