Ouch! Pink’s husband, Carey Hart, is recovering from spinal surgery.
The motocross racer underwent an operation on his back on Tuesday and is currently at home recuperating, with the help of his superstar wife.
“So stoked to be home. Crazy that less than 24 hours [ago] I had surgery, and an hour ago I walked out of the surgery center,” he captioned a photo on Instagram on Wednesday, where he is seen resting and holding a beverage in a mug. “Thank you Dr. Bray for the great job, and thank you to @Pink for being an awesome wife. Let the healing begin.”
Prior to leaving the surgery center, Carey shared a hospital bed-bound post-op photo, captioned, “I’m hurting , but I’ll be better soon. Can only get better from here.”
The 38-year-old, who married Pink in 2006, also kept fans in the loop as he went in surgery on Tuesday, with a pre-anesthetic shot which he captioned, “Here we go, surgery bound. My daughter willow made sure I had her baby blanket w/ me. My wife is by my side and all is good!!! Let’s do this. And no I haven’t had any drugs yet. #FuseThisOldBack.”
On Monday, the racer made the most of what would be his last motorcycle ride until he’s reached full recovery.
“Today is a pretty crazy day for me. Today is my last time on a motorcycle for 4-5 months. It’s weird ‘cause I have never had elective surgery. Feels like I’m turning myself in tomorrow lol,” he captioned a photo of his bike on Instagram on Monday. “Live for today I guess! At my favorite track and riding my favorite bike.”
