R&B singer Monica pulled off a secret wedding to Los Angeles Lakes guard Shannon Brown.
Monica, 30, and Shannon, 25, were married in a private ceremony in Los Angeles on November 22, according to People.
The couple will reportedly tie the knot in an “official” wedding for family and friends in June, according to the mag.
Additionally, the NBA star confirmed the happy news on Wednesday telling Hip-Hop NonStop TV, “It’s true. I really don’t know what else to say about it – it’s true.
“That’s my wife, I’m her husband,” Shannon added. “We’re going to continue to make positive things happen.”
Monica has two sons, Rodney III and Romelo Montez, from a previous relationship.
A rep for Monica was not available immediately for comment.
