‘Real Housewife’ Kyle Richards: My Sister Kim Is ‘Doing Really Well’ Following Rehab

“The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” had an emotional season filled with ups and major downs for the stars, but star Kyle Richards says sister Kim Richards is now in a healthy place.

”[My sister Kim is] doing really well now,” the reality beauty told Billy Bush and Kit Hoover on Monday’s Access Hollywood Live, while promoting her new book, “Life Is Not A Reality Show: Keeping It Real with the Housewife Who Does It All.”

“She’s completed her rehab and she’s strong. She’s just moving forward and happy,” she said of Kim, who checked into rehab to battle her alcoholism last year following Season 2 of their hit Bravo series.

Kyle said her sister, who had numerous erratic incidents during the past season, is taking her sobriety very serious.

“That program works for her,” she said, referring to Alcoholics Anonymous. “I can’t speak for Kim, but I think you have to take one day at time.”

The second part of Season 2’s reunion special airs tonight on Bravo, but according to Kyle, her and sister’s future on the series is still uncertain.

“None of us know what we’re going to do right now,” she said, explaining that Bravo has yet to announce another season of the 90210-based show.

One thing that is for certain about Kim’s future is that boyfriend Ken Blumenfeld is no longer in the picture.

“You gotta like start from scratch,” Kyle said of their split.
