Rebecca De Mornay Charged With DUI

Actress Rebecca De Mornay was charged with two counts of misdemeanor driving under the influence on Thursday stemming from an October arrest, according to reports.

Beverly Hills police arrested De Mornay on October 30.

She was asked to perform a series of field sobriety tests, officers determined De Mornay “was driving under the influence of an alcoholic beverage.” She was then placed her under arrest and taken into custody.

Police told Access in October that her blood alcohol level was .09. The actress, who was by herself in the vehicle at the time of the arrest, was cited and released.

The actress is scheduled for arraignment on December 31. De Mornay does not have to appear in court.

De Mornay’s film credits include “Lords of Dogtown,” “The Hand That Rocks The Cradle” and “Risky Business.” Most recently, she starred as Cissy Yost on HBO’s short-lived surfer series “John From Cincinnati.”
