Redmond O’Neal Maintaining Sobriety On His Own: I’m ‘Doing Really Good’

It was one year ago that Redmond O’Neal, the son of Ryan O’Neal and the late Farrah Fawcett, was released from a year-long court ordered rehab stint.

Now, Redmond – with his dad by his side – reveals exclusively to Access Hollywood how he’s maintaining his sobriety.

“[Sobriety is] wonderful,” the 28-year-old told Access at the Third Annual American Humane Association Hero Dog Awards, where Farrah was honored with an inspiration award. “I’m doing really good.”

Redmond said he’s maintaining sobriety without the help of a sober coach.

“I’m just doing it on my own,” he said.

The Third Annual American Humane Association Hero Dog Awards will air at 8 PM on October 30 on Hallmark Channel.
