Reese Witherspoon: ‘We’re Ready’ For ‘Legally Blonde 3’

Is the world ready for Elle Woods,
Commander-in-Chic?

During a recent episode of “Fashionably
Late with Rachel Zoe,”
Reese Witherspoon spoke about the possibility of
a third “Legally Blonde” movie.

“A lot of writers over the years have come up with different
ideas for it,” Reese said. “I actually think it’s kind of great right
now because we’re talking about women in politics and how important that is to
get more women. And I think it’d be kind of a cool thing to have her be a
Supreme Court justice or someone who runs for office.”

Reese first brought Elle to life in 2001’s
“Legally Blonde” and then again in 2003’s “Legally Blonde 2:
Red, White & Blonde
.”

“I think we’re ready to see Elle and see what she’s up to
lately,” the actress added.
