Report: Brittany Murphy’s Will Leaves Estate To Mom

Brittany Murphy died suddenly at the age of 32, but the actress reportedly had a will in place.

According to TMZ, the actress executed a will prior to meeting her husband Simon Monjack. The late actress reportedly left her entire estate to her mother, Sharon Murphy.

Murphy’s home was reportedly held in trust – a trust that she created before meeting Monjack. He is reportedly not listed on the title of the home.

Murphy and Monjack, a screenwriter, wed in 2007.

It is not known whether the actress amended her will after she married Monjack.

As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, Monjack spoke to Access in an exclusive interview just one day after the loss of his wife.

“My world was destroyed yesterday,” he told Access on Monday.
