Report: Lindsay Lohan In Talks To Host ‘Saturday Night Live’

After Lindsay Lohan’s funny appearance on the MTV Video Music Awards over the weekend with host Chelsea Handler, could the actress keep the comedy going all the way to “Saturday Night Live?”

According to The New York Daily News, the headline-making star is in talks to host the NBC show on December 4.

If Lindsay does host, it won’t be her first time on “SNL.” She previously hosted in 2004 and then again in 2006.

On Monday, Larry Rudolph – who helped organize Lindsay’s taped appearance at the VMAs – told Access Hollywood that the actress is a comedy force to be reckoned with.

“Lindsay is a triple threat, she’s super smart, super talented and she’s a superstar. She’s been through a lot at a very young age and is in a very good place right now,” Rudolph, who is now managing Lindsay, told Access. “I believe in her.”

When contacted by Access, a rep for the show had no comment.

As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, “Saturday Night Live” will kick off its 36th season on September 25 with former “SNL” cast member Amy Poehler hosting with musical guest Katy Perry.
