Ricki Lake has filed papers to divorce husband Christopher Evans, following two and a half years of marriage.
The former talk show host cited irreconcilable differences in her filing to dissolve their marriage.
Lake has asked that both parties pay their own attorney fees, and that spousal support be payable to Evans.

The papers were filed October 16, in Los Angeles Superior Court.
