Ricky Martin Talks New Album, Tour & Taking His Twins On The Road

Ricky Martin couldn’t be happier – in fact, the singer says everything in his life is just about ideal right now.

“Everything is perfect. Life has guided me through a very organic logical path about life, about love, acceptance and has allowed to accept that fear doesn’t take you anywhere,” the singer recently told Access Hollywood, referring to announcement that he was gay in March 2010.

“It does change the way you see life, the way you… the way you sit in front a computer and start writing, everything comes from another place,” he explained.

Another new change for the 38-year-old international Latin singing sensation is his 2-year-old twin sons, Mateo and Valentino, who will be accompanying their dad on the upcoming tour for his new album, “Musica + Alma + Sexo.”

“I am their stability. If I’m not around, they will feel abandoned. They will feel horrible, because I’ve been there every day of their lives and they’re coming with me. They are going everywhere. They are ready. This is their reality and they love the buses already,” he said.

Ricky’s new tour, which will traverse the globe starting in his native Puerto Rico, while making stops in America, Latin America, Europe, Asia and Australia, will be the first time Mateo and Valentino see their dad shake his “bon bon” in front of an audience.

“They’ve never seen me on stage.” Ricky told Access. “They’ve seen me on TV, but never on stage… they don’t care, I’m just daddy, which is beautiful.”

As for the tour, Ricky promises to bring trademark heat to the stage!

“Bring it on! I’m not nervous, I’m just hungry… I can’t wait anymore,” he said. “I’m going to provoke. It’s going to be fun. It’s going to be liberating. I can’t wait.”

“Musica + Alma + Sexo” drops today and the singer’s tour kicks off on March 25.
