Rihanna Forced To End Dallas Concert After Fire On Stage; Fans Evacuated

Rihanna set the night on fire – literally!

The sizzling “S&M” singer was forced to end her concert at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas early on Friday night after sparks were seen falling onto the stage.

According to Celebuzz, the pyrotechnic problem broke out during Riri’s performance of her hit ballad, “California King Bed.”

Rihanna exited the stage after sparks began to rain down from a small blaze above the stage and concertgoers were subsequently evacuated shortly thereafter, according to the site.

The 23-year-old pop star immediately took to Twitter to vent her frustration following the incident, Tweeting, “DALLAS!!! We set the stage on FYAH tonight!!! LITERALLY!!! I’m so [mad], I was havin so much fun wit yall too!!! I gotta come back man!!”

“DALLAS yall CRAY!!!” she later added. “Love this [expletive] place! Glad u guys are safe!!! I promise I’ll be back!!!”

The stunning singer kept fans updated, later revealing she and her team were investigating the cause of the unfortunate mishap.

“Heading into a production meeting to find out exactly what happened!!! Keep u posted,” she Tweeted late Friday evening.

The impromptu fireworks weren’t the only problem plaguing Rihanna’s Dallas show – the Barbadian-born beauty almost didn’t make it to the Texas venue on time, as weather issues delayed her plane’s departure.

“Stuck on the tarmac, STILL!!!” Rihanna Tweeted on Friday. “C’mon mother nature, mama’s gotta get to Dallas #oohbabyitsrainin”

“Dallas God answered our prayers Take off!!!” she wrote, after the weather cleared.

Rihanna arrived to Dallas a little late, but ready to rock for her fans.

“Touched down!!! Hurry Hurry Hurry #LOUDtourDALLAS here I come!!!” she Tweeted Friday evening. “Got 20 mins to beat this face.”
