Rob Kardashian Talks ‘Dancing’ Semifinals & His Fast Food Diet

When Rob Kardashian first entered the competition on “Dancing with the Stars,” his only goal was to stay on longer than his older sister, Kim Kardashian, who was the third star to exit the ballroom in Season 7.

Now, though, the reality star is competing for the big prize in Season 13, and he wants America to know he and Cheryl Burke have big things ahead as they gear up for next week’s semifinal round.

“We’re only improving and we haven’t even hit our peak yet,” Rob told Access Hollywood on Thursday as he and Cheryl rehearsed in Los Angeles.

Rob has been looking more toned in his samba pants on each successive week of “DWTS,” but he insists he hasn’t been changing up his diet to drop the pounds.

“I have not changed my diet one single bit during the show,” he revealed. “I literally have Dominos or Pizza Hut or fast food maybe five out of seven days of the week.”

His diet may not have gone through a radical change, but the “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” star said he’s surprised at his transformation on the show.

“I had no dance experience [when I started this show]. I’m not a performer, dancer, singer… I’m literally an average Joe,” Rob said. “To be here – and we’re in Week 9 now? It’s pretty cool.”

Rob will compete against Hope Solo, Ricki Lake and J.R. Martinez on Monday’s “DWTS” at 8/7 C on ABC.
