ROLL CALL: 2008 Emmy Roundup: Cloris, Oprah & ‘30 Rock’

Your Daily Dispatch of Celebrity Shenanigans

Access At the 2008 Emmy Awards: Television’s best and brightest were on hand at the Nokia Theatre LA Live in downtown Los Angeles for the 60th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards Sunday night, and Access Hollywood has all the winners, interviews and amazing photos from the celebs who dazzled (metallics and short do’s were all the rage) on the red carpet — and those who fizzled. Check out Access at the 2008 Emmy Awards HERE!

“30 Rock” Cast Star-Struck By Jen: NBC’s Emmy darling, “30 Rock” had an amazing night at The Emmys, winning four statues. The excitement continues with Jennifer Aniston’s upcoming appearance on the hit series. “It was really fantastic. It was impressive,” Jack McBrayer (who plays NBC Page, Kenneth) told People at the Entertainment Weekly pre-Emmy party Saturday night. “I think we are all star-struck with her. She was an absolute delight… She’s such a pro, and she was just so lovely to be around.” See “30 Rock” star Tina Fey talk with Access on the red carpet HERE!

Oprah’s Casual Emmy Outfit: Oprah may have opened the Emmys looking radiant in red, but by the time most of America was watching the awards, Miss O was already at home in her PJ’s. “You can expect me to do my part, and then I will be home to watch the rest of it in my pajamas before the next commercial break,” the queen of daytime told reporters backstage. Comfy and she got to skip the 12-minute awkward opening by the five hosts — and people wonder why she’s the most powerful woman in television!

Cloris ‘Un-Leach-ed On Emmys — Eyes “Dancing” Competitors: Access Hollywood was lucky enough to have entertainment legend Cloris Leachman on the 2008 Emmys red carpet where she served up heaps of sass to her fellow celebs (see Cloris in action HERE!). But don’t expect Cloris to stop with just red carpet walkers! She’s already taking aim at her “Dancing With the Stars” competitor Cody Linley, the “Hannah Montana” star told People. “She’s super feisty,” Cody said of the 82-year-old actress. “She was already trash talking and everything! She was like, ‘You think you can take me? So you’re the youngest and I’m the oldest. Well, I’m going to show you up so get ready, buddy.’” The rest of the “Dancing” hopefuls better watch themselves – we’re on Team Cloris!
