ROLL CALL: Brad Pitt & Sienna Miller Sue Over Paparazzi Photos

Your Daily Dispatch of Celebrity Shenanigans

Celebs Faceoff With Paparazzi Over Photos!: Photographers might want to think twice about snapping photos of a topless Sienna Miller kissing married actors and of Brad Pitt’s newly enlarged family. Both stars are not afraid to slap a lawsuit on them. First, racy photos of Sienna kissing married actor Balthazar Getty were splashed across newspapers and tabloids, and now the actress is accusing photo agency Big Pictures and newspaper publisher News International of breach of privacy and has filed suit in London’s High Court, her lawyers confirmed to People. And this isn’t the first time Sienna has sued a newspaper — and last time she won. Brad Pitt also has his lawyers on speed dial over photos that were taken of the star and his family at their French estate. Brad is threatening to sue any news outlets that publish the images, Access Hollywood has learned. Lawyers for Pitt want anyone using the photos to “cease and desist from any further sale and dissemination” of the pictures.

Carlos Leon On The Madonna/A-Rod Affair Rumors: Carlos Leon, father of Madonna’s daughter, Lourdes, isn’t buying in to the A-Rod/Madge scandal. “Trust me, that’s a lie. I know for a fact, she wouldn’t do that,” Leon told People when asked about the rumors of the music star-athlete affair. He went on to say that the public doesn’t know the real Madonna, “She’s not that person that everyone thinks. She’s very laidback and cool.” Anyone who gets Britney to star in a video for her concert is cool with us!

Amy Adams Engaged: She played a princess in “Enchanted,” and now Amy Adams will be a real-life princess on her wedding day. The actress is engaged to her boyfriend of six years Darren Legallo, USA Today reports. Darren popped the question with a diamond ring by Jean Dousset of Beverly Hills. The couple plans to marry in 2009. Animated chirping birds and singing critters are not invited.

Musicals, Musicals, Musicals!: Can’t get enough movie musicals? Well, just hold on to your jazz shoes. New Line Cinema and John Waters will do a sequel to 2007’s “Hairspray,” Variety reports. And MTV is hoping everyone still really does want to do the time warp again, when they remake the cult-classic “The Rocky Horror Picture Show,” the trade mag also reported. Let’s hope not every musical made makes it to the big screen…no one needs singing cats at the multiplex.
