ROLL CALL: ‘Glee’ Headed To Broadway?

Your Daily Dispatch of Celebrity Shenanigans

“Glee” Headed To Broadway?: Is “Glee” Broadway-bound? Or even possibly theaters across the county? According to Variety, Tuner licensing company Music Theater International is reportedly in talks with the producers and creators of the FOX hit series to create a stage adaptation of the musical comedy. There were no details whether the adaptation would be slated for Broadway or smaller regional theaters, or possibly even educational theater productions. We love this idea and can’t wait see Sue Sylvester sing and dance on the big stage!

Classy Clooney: George Clooney was so impressed with Jeff Bridges’ performance in “Crazy Heart” that he voted against himself — and for Bridges in the Oscar race for Best Actor. Clooney even photographed his marked Oscar ballot and then sent it to Bridges to prove how much he loved his acting, The New York Post’s Page Six reported. Clooney’s rep confirmed the story, saying, “Story is true. According to George, ‘It was an amazing performance.’ He also told Jeff, ‘If you don’t win, you can’t blame me.’”

Seth Rogen & Chris Pine Pucker Up!: Seth Rogen and Chris Pine showed up at the 18th Annual “A Night At Sardi’s” fundraiser at The Beverly Hilton hotel on Thursday to raise money for the Alzheimer’s Association – and Chris got some love from Seth. “I just kissed Chris Pine,” Seth joked with the audience, E! Online reported. “I kissed him hard and strong. He hit me pretty hard!” A small price to pay for a smooch from Captain Kirk.

“Sex” In Vegas!: Most of the “Sex and The City” ladies – Cynthia Nixon, Sarah Jessica Parker and Kristin Davis – showed up at the ShoWest awards in Las Vegas on Thursday to accept the Ensemble Award. They ladies looked fabulous – but a “Sex” gathering without Samantha Jones (Kim Cattrall) feels a bit snoozey to us!
