Hats Off To Kate!: As if being a princess wasn’t enough, Kate Middleton has been bestowed with yet another honor – Hat Person of the Year! The Headwear Association (who knew such an organization even existed?) crowned Kate the queen of all hat-wearers, beating out Rachael Zoe, Ne-Yo, Justin Timberlake and Bruno Mars. The British Royal joins the ranks of Johnny Depp and Brad Pitt, who were previously named Hat Person Of The Year.
