ROLL CALL: Kim Kardashian’s $1 Million Plus Birthday Cake?

Your Daily Dispatch of Celebrity Shenanigans

Recession? Not On Kim’s Watch!: Kim Kardashian is reportedly celebrating her 30th birthday with a diamond encrusted cake, estimated to be worth over $1 million dollars! According to Radar Online, the reality star will celebrate her big day at Glo Nightclub in Westbury, New York, on Saturday. The cake, conceived by restaurateur Nino Selimaj, is aiming to break the $1.65 million dollar cake record. No word if the nightclub will have a paramedic on hand in the event that Kim swallows a couple hundred thousand in bling.

UPDATE: Celebuzz.com, keeper of Kim Kardashian’s personal website, says there’s no truth to Radar Online’s story. Kim writes on her blog, “First of all, this is the first I’ve heard about this, and I would never allow anyone to spend that much money on a cake. Making a million dollar birthday cake is just ridiculous! I’d rather they give me a cupcake and donate the rest of the money to the homeless!”

Harry Potter In Drag!: Harry Potter and his friends at Hogwarts have gone through a myriad of life changes over the years – and now the beloved boy wizard is getting in touch with his feminine side! Find out why Daniel Radcliffe’s character is sporting a white lace bra in the trailer for “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 1,” HERE!

Gothy Sean!: Speaking of drag, Sean Penn was spotted shooting his new movie, “This Must Be The Place,” on Wednesday in New York. Anytime Sean sports pancake white face makeup, red lipstick and The Cure frontman Robert Smith’s old clothes, we start smelling an Oscar! See Sean’s goth getup, HERE!

Luke Perry & His Nerds: It’s good to see that Luke Perry is just a regular guy who likes to hang out with fanboys, fangirls and older ladies in bedazzled shirts! We’re obsessed with Luke’s photos from this year’s DragonCon (like Comic-Con for D-Listers!) Check out some of the best shots of Luke and his new friends, HERE! To the guy in photo #9, hot shirt!

Live Coco: If you can’t wait for “Conan” to debut on TBS on November 8, the funnyman has launched The Live Coco Cam, which is positioned in the stairwell of the offices for Conan O’Brien’s new show. Just this morning, Roll Call enjoyed a slew of live cam treats including an appearance by Andy Richter, a puppet show and a host of people climbing the stairs with their morning coffee – all of which was strangely addictive! The live cam has unfortunately finished, but check out the highlights, HERE!
