It’s Not Me Y’All: Rumors might be swirling about Miley Cyrus and a photo of a woman (who looks similar to the 20-year-old star) posted on Instagram under the account “mileyxxcyrs,” smoking what appears to be a joint – but the star says otherwise. “I don’t have an Instagram,” Miley wrote on Twitter. In an earlier Tweet she wrote, “Why is everybody trippin. My timeline is blowing up. Everything’s all good in my life just in a creative space right now.”
