Commander-In-Chief Tattoos Are Like, Pretty Cool: Miley Cyrus has been known to quote Albert Einstein and Buddha on her Twitter and now the 19-year-old newly engaged star has permanently quoted a President Theodore Roosevelt speech from 1910 on her body. “So that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who knew neither victory nor defeat,” Miley’s ink on her left forearm reads. “Potter” Stars Split, Is Zac Efron’s Ex Moving In?: “Harry Potter” stars Bonnie Wright (who played Ginny Weasley) and Jamie Campbell Bower (Gellert Grindelwald and also vampire Caius in “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1 & 2”) have called it quits, People reported. The former couple announced their engagement in April 2010. Following the split, Jamie and “Mirror Mirror” star Lily Collins (who was previously linked to Zac Efron and is the daughter of musician Phil Collins) were spotted holding hands.
