What A Difference A Month Makes!: It would seem insane to ever say that “Arrow” star Stephen Amell doesn’t have a rocking body, but during his summer break from his hit CW series, some fans noticed the bow-wielding star was filling out (at least by Hollywood superhero standards.) The actor apparently took the fan rumblings to heart (and to the gym) and returned just a month later looking ripped and ready to shoot arrows at bad guys. “June 13th & July 15th. No filter,” the actor wrote in a caption on a side by side photo of his body transformation. “It was important to enjoy my hiatus, but the picture on the left can go eff itself.”

According to People, Uncle Jesse’s mullet-loving rock group will return on “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon” on Friday, July 19. Reality TV’s Future Crop Of Convicts & Adult Film Stars?: MTV’s “Teen Mom” series has more drama (rehab, divorces, arrests, sex tapes) than we can keep track of – and there’s more on the way! The network has revealed their new cast for Season 3 of the teen docu-drama, which includes Katie Yeager, Alex Sekella, Mackenzie Douthit and Briana DeJesus. Meet the girls (who will hopefully not walk in the footsteps of the women who came before them).
