Rosie O’Donnell has a new talk show, a new home in Chicago, and now she’s got a new woman in her life – girlfriend Michelle Rounds.
Rosie and her girlfriend, made their red carpet debut last night at the Building Dreams for Kids Gala at the New York Marriott Marquis.
A source told People that the two – Rosie and the IT company headhunter — actually met at a coffee shop.
“They met at a Starbucks a few months ago,” a source told the mag’s website. “They are adorable together and are very, very happy.”
Rosie and her last girlfriend, Tracy Kachtick-Anders, were reported to have split in February 2011 after more than a year of dating.
As for that new home, the Chicago Tribune reported last week that the talk show host was contracted to buy a 6,000 square-foot home in the Lakeview area of the city, for the price of $2.5 million.
Her new show, “The Rosie Show,” premieres on October 10 at 7 PM on the Oprah Winfrey Network.
