Rosie O’Donnell Responds After Being Name-Checked By Donald Trump In Presidential Debate

Rosie O’Donnell tweeted a video showing she was taking care of family
responsibilities while the presidential debate was on, but she did learn that
Donald Trump mentioned her onstage on Monday night.

During the debate, Trump brought up Hillary Clinton’s ads
targeting his comments about women, some of which were made during his
long-running feud with the former “The View” co-host.

“Hillary is hitting me with tremendous commercials, some
of it said in entertainment, some of it said… somebody who’s been very
vicious to me — Rosie O’Donnell. I said very tough things to her and I think
everybody would agree that she deserves it and nobody feels sorry for
her,” Trump said while at the podium.

Rosie’s first Trump-related post-debate tweet was posted
late Monday night in response to a Twitter user who made a joke about the GOP
candidate’s comments. Rosie responded, “HE WILL NEVER BE PRESIDENT.”

She then linked to a video of a 2006 episode of “The
View” that showed the comedienne making comments about Trump’s press
conference related to Miss USA that initially started the back and forth
between the two of them.
