Rosie’s Deal With MSNBC Goes ‘Poof’

Rosie O’Donnell’s reported deal with MSNBC is over according to a post on the TV personality’s Web site.

O’Donnell blogged on Rosie.com, that because she let the news “slip in [M]iami” it caused “panic on the studio end.”

“2day there is no deal,” she blogged. “[P]oof … [M]y career as a pundit is over before it began.”

Only last night, O’Donnell’s former co-host on “The View,” Barbara Walters, told Access Hollywood, she welcomed O’Donnell’s return to TV.

“Oh, I think it would be wonderful of Rosie to get a show and a show where she can really shine and say what she wants to say,” Walters told Access.

“I am very fond of Rosie. I wanted Rosie on ‘The View.‘ We had a fascinating year and I just wish her good things and I think Rosie feels the same way about me, I really do.”
