Ryan Reynolds To Star In ‘X-Men’ Spin-Off ‘Deadpool’

Marvel’s fan favorite, foulmouthed Deadpool is getting his own movie – and Ryan Reynolds is reportedly attached to star.

According to Entertainment Weekly, the actor will reprise his role as the mercenary anti-hero that first appeared on the big screen in “X-Men Origins: Wolverine.”

Fans went insane after test footage of the character leaked online and now after months of clamoring, they’ll see Deadpool make his starring debut onFebruary 12, 2016.

EW speculates (much to the relief of most fans we’re guessing!) that the Deadpool fans will see in the movie will greatly differ from the first time the actor played the gun-toting, sword-wielding character. It is believed that the time traveling events of “X-Men: Days of Future Past” have conveniently erased previous events from the other “X-Men” films.
