Sandra Bullock In Talks To Join Annie Remake

Will it be a “hard knock life” for Sandra Bullock?

After reportedly being in talks to join the “Annie” remake (and then passing on the project), the Oscar-winning actress is back in the mix for the role of Miss Hannigan, the head of the orphanage, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

If cast, Sandra will co-star with Quvenzhane Wallis (Annie) and Jamie Foxx (playing an updated version of Daddy Warbucks, named Benjamin Stacks).

Sandra was first in talks for the project, which Sony, Will Smith and Jay-Z are producing, in March, but passed.

Carol Burnett first played Miss Hannigan in the 1982 movie version of the Broadway play. Jane Lynch is currently starring in the role on Broadway.
