‘Scandal’: Katie Lowes Says Fans Will Be ‘So Sad’ After Finale

Consider us warned, Gladiators.

The “Scandal” cast has been hinting for weeks that the upcoming Season 4 finale will not be for the faint of heart.

According to Katie Lowes, viewers should probably keep Kleenex nearby as they watch the season’s final episode.

“People are going to be so sad,” Katie – who plays Quinn Perkins on the ABC drama – told Access Hollywood.

At least three characters will die during Thursday’s finale (Shonda, WHY? We’re still reeling over the loss of McDreamy on “Grey’s”!), and while Katie couldn’t reveal who will meet their end, she said it’s going to be rough.

“I’m sorry in advance. That’s all I can say,” she said. “I’m sorry for all the feelings and emotions that are gonna rise up through you as you witness this episode.”

And here’s how Katie’s co-stars described the finale to Access:

Kerry Washington: “Shock-a-rific”
Darby Stanchfield: “Titillating”
Jeff Perry: “Cataclysmic”
Tony Goldwyn: “Topsy-turvy”
Portia de Rossi: “Ri-donk”

Don’t miss the apparently sob-inducing Season 4 finale of “Scandal” – Thursday at 9/8c on ABC.
