Scarlett Johansson Perplexed By Lindsay, Flattered By Katy & Mum On Ryan

Scarlett Johansson is not sure what started the friction between herself and Lindsay Lohan. The actress told Allure magazine in their December issue that she’s only met Lindsay a handful of times. She might not be a fan of Lindsay, but Scarlett is smitten with Katy Perry writing a song about her, and even more smitten with husband Ryan Reynolds.

When asked about Lindsay allegedly writing something crude about her on a bathroom wall in New York City two years ago, Scarlett told the mag she doesn’t understand how it all started.

“That’s what I heard. I really don’t know [Lindsay.] I only met her, like, three times,” she said. “But apparently she did [write something]. I don’t know what the motivation was behind that. I remember it was something really vulgar — I mean, shockingly so, like, ‘Whoa, what, who are you?’”

As for Katy Perry, who wrote something much more flattering about the “Vicky Cristina Barcelona” star – her hit song “I Kissed A Girl” — Scarlett is flattered.

“I had no idea [about the song] — I should get a cut! That’s flattering, but my lips are kind of taken,” she told Allure.

Scarlett’s lips are “taken” by new husband Ryan Reynolds. The couple, which wed in September, is keeping their courtship a mystery.

“Nobody knows,” Scarlett said when asked how she met the “Definitely, Maybe” star. “It’s private. It’s our story.”

Another story is Scarlett’s new tattoo on her forearm, which brings her joy with each look.

“It’s kind of personal. It’s a sunrise, and it makes me happy when I look at it,” she said.

Something that doesn’t make Scarlett happy was the media’s speculation about her so-called “email relationship” with Barack Obama during the campaign.

“I equated it with the sexist media trying to put every woman into this position: Either you’re a bulldog or you’re some slutty airhead,” she told the mag. “The fact was completely taken out of context, and it was horribly embarrassing.”
