Scarlett Johansson To Appear In Captain America Sequel; Game Of Thrones Star Eyed For Love Interest (Report)

Black Widow is back!

According to Deadline, Scarlett Johansson will reprise her butt-kicking Natasha Romanoff/Black Widow role in the upcoming “Captain America: The Winter Soldier,” slated to blast into theaters in April 2014.

Scarlett will join forces with “Avengers” co-star Chris Evans in the superhero sequel, but Cap won’t have eyes for the Widow – the formerly frozen solider will get steamy with a slew of other possible co-stars.

Five actresses are reportedly testing for the role of Steve Rogers’ love interest in the Marvel movie.

“Game of Thrones” star Emilia Clarke, “Downton Abbey’s” Jessica Brown Findlay, “Community” star Alison Brie, “I Am Number Four’s” Teresa Palmer and Imogen Poots, who will appear in the upcoming “Greetings from Tim Buckley,” are in the mix for the leading love interest role.
