Hilary Duff is sporting some new ink!
The “Younger” star posted a black-and-white Instagram shot of her getting tatted
up by Los Angeles-based tattoo artist Dr. Woo on
Tuesday.
“Had a good hang with @_dr_woo_ yesterday and I’m
loving my new rose,” she captioned.

In a second shot, she showed off her new ink, a finely drawn
rose on her upper arm.
“There she is,” the caption read. “Thanks again @_dr_woo_.”

Hilary’s new tattoo comes on
the heels of her 30th birthday, which she celebrated last week.
