Between “Girls Next Door,” “Holly’s World” and her stage time in Vegas revue “Peepshow,” former Playmate/reality star Holly Madison has grown (and remains!) extremely comfortable with living out her every waking moment in front of the camera – even the birth of her daughter.
In a clip from a special airing Sunday night on E! (“Holly Has a Baby”), the 33-year-old blonde is shown pushing during labor as she delivers her baby girl, Rainbow Aurora Rotella, born in March.
Holly — who somehow manages to still look gorgeous after hours in labor – holds hands with her club promoter boyfriend, Pasquale Rotella, in the clip as she attempts to “push” at the coaxing of a nurse.
“My face feels like it’s going to explode!” she says.
Despite the pain, Holly says she enjoyed the miracle of childbirth.
“When I was in labor and looking up at Pasquale I was just so excited,” she explains in the clip. “There was so much anticipation going on and I was so happy to be able to share the moment with him. I couldn’t be happier.”
“Holly Has a Baby” airs on Mother’s Day (Sunday) at 9 PM on E!.
