‘Sex And The City 2’ Cast Reunite In Vegas, Share Movie Secrets

“Sex and The City 2” stars Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon and Kristin Davis reunited in Las Vegas on Thursday where they accepted their ShoWest Ensemble Award for the upcoming film and its first installment, but one of their numbers was noticeably missing

“We are not complete,” Sarah Jessica told Access Hollywood’s Billy Bush, who hosted the ShoWest ceremony and presented the ladies with the award, referring to the absence of Kim Cattrall, who is currently in London where she starring on the stage in “Private Lives.” “She’ll be back soon… She’ll be in New York City where she belongs.”

And in just a few months, on May 27, the Fab Four will be back where they belong – on the big screen. But filming the movie was incredible, according to SJP.

“I want to tell you this was an unusual experience, this was a once in a lifetime laborious, incredible, complicated, thrilling, intense experience,” Sarah Jessica said.

It appears one of the reasons it was so exciting was the movie’s multi-international team.

“There were times that our crew was made up of people from the U.K., Americans, South Africans, North Africans…” she said.

“Moroccan,” Kristin chimed in.

“Scots, well, that’s part of the U.K. and a couple of Irish… but it was incredible… it was a team,” SJP added.

“French!” Kristin laughed.

But beyond its international flavor, as fans already know from the photos that have surfaced, “SATC2” features a blast to the past – showing off the girls in the ‘80s, when they first met.

“They had a lot of fun,” Kristin said of her co-stars. “I was so boring in the ‘80s flashback. It was sad.”

And Cynthia, who plays lawyer Miranda Hobbes, had a laugh describing her own flashback outfit.

“Once they put that wig on me and the bad business suit… and the Reeboks and the socks and the really bad gold jewelry…” Cynthia chimed in.

And the girls reminisced about the absent Kim’s ‘80s flashback.

“Kim is like, way out there,” Kristin said.

“CBGB,” SJP said referring to the former NYC club. “She’s a bartender.”

“Shhh!” Kristin added. “I can’t say… the lawyers will show up immediately and boy, I don’t know what will happen.”
