Shakira and Gerard Pique’s newborn son Milan is making his debut!
The proud new parents showed off their 2-week-old in an adorable photo with the soccer star giving his son a kiss.
“We hope that, in his name, other less privileged children in the world can have their basic needs covered through gifts and donations,” the couple said in a statement on the UNICEF website, where the couple is taking donations for children in need. “Thank you for sharing this unforgettable moment with us.”
As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, the new “Voice” coach, 35, and the athlete, 26, announced the birth of their son last month.
“We are happy to announce the birth of Milan Pique Mebarak, son of Shakira Mebarak and Gerard Pique, born January 22nd at 9:36 PM, in Barcelona, Spain,” the couple said in a joint statement at the time.
“The Voice” mentor and the Spanish soccer player began dating in March 2011.
