The unlawful smoking charges against Shia LaBeouf have been extinguished.
The charges against the actor were dismissed on Thursday morning in Los Angeles Superior Court, Access Hollywood has confirmed.
The “Indiana Jones” and “Transformers” star was ordered to pay a $500 fine, which he did.

LaBeouf was cited on February 18 by Burbank police for allegedly smoking on the sidewalk outside of a gift shop in the city’s downtown district.
A $1,000 bench warrant had been issued after neither the actor nor his lawyer appeared for a scheduled court appearance on March 18.
The following day, his lawyer appeared in court to enter a not guilty plea on behalf of his client and the warrant was rescinded.
