Liam McIntyre is married.
The “Spartacus” star tied the knot with Erin Hasan on Sunday, according to People.
The couple – who both hail from Australia – got married in Liam’s hometown of Melbourne, the mag reported.
“I’m beyond happy!” the actor told the mag. “I saw true love as a child and dreamt that one day I’d have the same. Today is the first day knowing that I’ll have that forever.”
Liam, 31, and his 28-year-old bride, a singer/actress, exchanged their vows at St. John’s Anglican Church Toorak as 120 guests looked on, according to the mag.
The handsome actor said he’s striving to be an excellent husband.
“I want to live up to my name – in Irish, Liam means ‘determined protector’ and I want to make sure Erin is always safe and supported,” he told the mag. “If I can make her life better, then I’ll feel I’ve done a good job.”
The newlyweds began dating in 2010 and got engaged in December 2012.
