Spears Custody Settlement: Britney To Get More Time With Boys

Britney Spears and Kevin Federline have ended the custody fight for their two sons with an agreement allowing the pop star to see her children more, Access Hollywood has confirmed.

Spears’ attorney, Laura Wasser, told Access Friday at the Los Angeles Superior Courthouse that Britney will get more custodial time by the end of the year and Federline will retain full custody of their two sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James.

When asked by Access if the pop star will have more than two days and one overnight visit, Wasser said, “No, she has more than that now.”

The custody developments are keeping Britney in good spirits, according to Wasser.

“Britney’s doing great,” she told Access.

Wasser went on to say that today’s agreement was a victory for the entire family and they were pleased to avoid going to trial.

On the Access Style patrol front, while possibly taking a cue from her client, Wasser’s Friday court outfit almost had people at the Los Angeles courthouse talking as much as the results of the actual settlement. Wasser wore a colorful Chinese style dress, with Prada bamboo heels accessorized with a lavender leather designer bag. Rounding out the uncharacteristic lawyer attire was a pair of aviator sunglasses.

Neither Britney nor Kevin was in court Friday.
