Stars Twitter From Oscars & After Parties

While Hugh Jackman was busy singing, dancing and telling jokes from the stage of the Kodak Theater Sunday night as he hosted the 81st Annual Academy Awards, some stars in the seats were stealing a few moments to Twitter during the big show.

Avid Twitterer John Mayer kept his followers updated on his Oscar night with girlfriend Jennifer Aniston – including how dapper he thought he looked in his tuxedo.

“I’m not going to lie to you, I look good,” he wrote before the ceremony. “But don’t get used to it, because I can’t stand perfection.”

According to his recent micro-blogging posts, John’s music career will be keeping the singer out of tuxedos in the coming months.

“It’s all hoodies from here on out! Hoodies are the official uniform of recording studios,” he wrote, referring to his planned upcoming time in the studio where he’ll work on his next album.

John ended his night with a somewhat cryptic shout out to his fellow celebs, some of whom he celebrated Oscar night with.

“Soulful celebrities that know how to feed a heart and not steal – Short, Long, Berry, Kidman/Urban, Black, Rossdale/Stefani, and of course JA,” the singer wrote, referring to Jennifer.

Ashton Kutcher was also busy updating his Twitter account (in usual Twitter formatting and grammar), including an update about a special moment with one of the coveted golden statues.

“Coolest moment of the night… Meeting Jack holding penelopes oscar and watching joe Pesci send back 3 martinis because they were sub par,” he wrote.

Ashton’s online updates were no secret from his wife, Demi Moore, who was also just as busy letting her fans get a glimpse into her Oscar night.

“love that hubby was posting whole time I was hosting!” Demi wrote, referring to the exclusive private after party she hosted.

Demi also gave her readers a glimpse at her revealing Oscar party dress – check it out, HERE!
