Stephen Colbert was announced as the new host of the “Late Show” on Thursday (he’ll take over when David Letterman retires next year), and the stars took to Twitter to congratulate the “Daily Show” alum on the prestigious late night gig.
Here’s what the stars – including Letterman himself – had to say:
.@Letterman on Colbert: “I’m flattered that CBS chose him. I also happen to know they wanted another guy with glasses.”
