Suri Cruise’s third birthday was interrupted by a helicopter carrying paparazzi on Saturday, a spokesperson for the Beverly Hills Police Department told Access Hollywood.
The Cruise family’s people proceeded to contact the BHPD, who asked the LAPD to send a chopper of their own. According to the spokesperson, the LAPD said they would try and also contacted the FAA, which has responsibility for the airspace.
The LAPD were unavailable for comment when reached by Access on Sunday.
The Cruises were celebrating at their Beverly Hills home. According to People, the famous birthday girl was thrown another, princess-themed party on Thursday with a small group of friends and family.
“They just wanted to keep it small,” a source told the mag, “And make it fun for Suri and her friends.”
