A former contestant on Sharon Osbourne’s “Rock of Love Charm School” has sued over an altercation with Osbourne during an episode of the VH1 show.
Megan Hauserman’s suit filed Monday in Los Angeles claims battery, negligence and intentional infliction of emotional distress. She seeks a jury trial and punitive damages.

Kelly Osbourne has checked herself into a rehab facility, the singer’s personal rep confirmed to Access Hollywood.
“Kelly Osbourne has voluntarily entered a medical facility to address some personal issues,” the rep told Access. “Her family supports and stands by her.”

Kelly Osbourne was arrested earlier this year for allegedly slapping a reporter in a London nightclub last summer, according to People.
When contacted by Access Hollywood, a spokesperson for Scotland Yard confirmed the arrest, however, would not confirm Osbourne’s identity.

John Mayer’s long-rumored variety show is on the way, Nina Tassler, the president of CBS Entertainment, told Access Hollywood at the CBS TCA on Wednesday.
“We’re pretty close to doing our deal. It’s being developed now,” she said when Access posed the question during a morning question and answer session. “It’ll be a music/variety/sketch sort of thing.”
