Amid her very public marital woes, Tori Spelling is going solo on Twitter.
The actress and reality star has changed her Twitter handle from @ToriandDean to @Tori_Spelling.
However, a source told Us Weekly that the new handle was the result of Tori’s role as an actress on the ABC Family show “Mystery Girls,” which premiered on Thursday night.

“Tori wanted to change it before her show ‘Mystery Girls’ premiered,” the source told the mag. “She wanted to change it for a while.”
The Twitter change comes weeks after the conclusion of “True Tori,” on Lifetime, which documented Tori and husband Dean McDermott, after they tried to repair their relationship (in front of the cameras), following his cheating scandal.
The source told the mag that the change was not related to Dean.
“She didn’t change it because of any Dean drama,” the source said.
Earlier this week, Tori told People that the pair were continuing to address their issues.
“We’re doing okay,” Tori told People. “We’re working through it. It’s something that’s going to take time to get through.”
