Jackson Rathbone suffered a mild injury on the set of “Eclipse,” a Summit Entertainment rep confirmed to Access Hollywood on Wednesday.
“Actor Jackson Rathbone of ‘The Twilight Saga’ movies, was slightly injured yesterday during a fight scene rehearsal,” the rep said in a statement to Access. “As a precaution, he was driven to the hospital and checked out by a doctor.”
However, that didn’t keep the star – who plays Jasper Hale in the “Twilight Saga” films – away from his role.
“He’s fine and is back at work on the set of ECLIPSE today,” the rep continued.
“Eclipse,” the third film in the series, is due in May 2010, following “New Moon,” slated for November 20, 2009.
