Underwood, McGraw Head to ACM’s

LOS ANGELES (April 19, 2007) ? One of country music?s biggest nights just got a lot bigger with news that Tim McGraw, Carrie Underwood, Rascal Flatts and Brad Paisley will perform at the Academy of Country Music Awards next month.

Held next month on May 15 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, the show will also feature performances from new artists too including Rodney Atkins and Miranda Lambert.

Atkins boasts a Top New Male vocalist nomination for his mega-hit song ?If You?re Going Through Hell.?

Lambert has a nomination for Top Female Vocalist and Top New Female Vocalist. She has performed at the awards twice previously.

The new additions to the show add to an already star studded show set to feature live music from Brooks & Dunn, Kenny Chesney, George Strait, Sugarland and Reba McEntire who show producers have said will be joined by superstar Kelly Clarkson.

As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, McEntire will host the event, her ninth time doing so.
