Valerie Harper will reunite with her former castmates from “The Mary Tyler Moore Show.”
The beloved actress — who revealed earlier this month that she’d been diagnosed with terminal brain cancer — will get back on the sitcom stage alongside Mary Tyler Moore, Cloris Leachman, Georgia Engel and Betty White in an upcoming episode of “Hot In Cleveland,” according to Deadline.
In the episode, Elka (played by Betty) and Mamie Sue (Georgia) reunite their bowling team, GLOB: The Gorgeous Ladies of Bowling. Valerie, Mary and Cloris will play former members of GLOB who fell out with Elka and Mamie Sue after “their championship season went to their heads,” the website reported.
The episode is set to tape on April 5, according to Deadline.
A rep for TV Land (the network which airs “Hot In Cleveland”) was not immediately available for comment on the casting news when contacted by Access Hollywood on Friday.
