Whitney & Bobby ‘Shack’ Up… At Dinner

Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown went out to dinner together Tuesday night, People confirms.

The former married couple (pictured, left, in a classic photo) went to Joe’s Crab Shack in Alpharetta, Georgia, where they reportedly enjoyed seafood and salad.

“They did eat here,” the restaurant’s general manager, David Evans, told People, “and they seemed to enjoy their meal.”

The casually-dressed Whitney and Bobby sat at a window table and seemed to be having a pleasant conversation, according to the report.

Although divorced since April and currently caught up in a custody battle over their 14-year-old daughter, Bobbi Kristina, a source close to the pair told People that they have remained close.

“They’re still on good terms,” a relative of Brown’s reportedly said. “They don’t hate each other.”

But does this outing signal a reconciliation for Whitney & Bobby?

According to Brown’s relative, the answer is no.

”[Getting back together] is the furthest thing from their mind,” the family member is quoted as saying. “That’s just not in the cards. They’ve got a history together, so they’ve got a lot to talk about. It’s as simple as that.”

Whitney & Bobby were spotted out together with Bobbi Kristina back in February, when they had a family dinner at Dan Tana’s steakhouse in West Hollywood.

Houston’s rep, Nancy Seltzer, said at the time, “It was a one-night dinner between divorcing parents for the sake of their daughter?. They are not reuniting.”
