TMZ and the LA Times reported that Efron was one of the two white males involved in the incident, which was a scuffle between the actor, his bodyguard and the group of homeless individuals.

Efron was reportedly hit in the face after he got out of the car to help his bodyguard, but no arrests were made in the incident as it was reportedly deemed “mutual combat” by authorities.

Authorities told Access that no one was injured during the Sunday night incident.
