Ashlee Simpson Defends Sister Jessica: ‘She’s One Sexy Lady’

LOS ANGELES, Calif. --
Jessica Simpson may be a frequent tabloid target for her fluctuating figure, but one person who sees nothing wrong with the star’s physique is her sister, Ashlee Simpson-Wentz.
“It’s disgusting that people would say those things,” Ashlee said in the December issue of Women’s Health magazine. “My sister has an incredible body. I feel sorry for anyone who would judge her, because she’s one sexy lady.”
When it comes to her own body, Ashlee said she never has to worry about what the media thinks, because her husband’s opinion is the only one that matters.
“He always makes me feel sexy,” she said of Fall Out Boy rocker Pete Wentz.
But one physical change the Broadway-bound Ashlee couldn’t help but notice came when she was pregnant with the couple’s first child, Bronx Mowgli, who she gave birth to in November 2008.
“I had E’s!” she exclaimed over her booming bra size while she was breast feeding Bronx.
And when it was time to regain her pre-pregnancy body, Ashlee said it wasn’t to make anyone happy but herself.
“I wasn’t in a rush to get back to this body for anyone else,” she admitted. “It was more like, ‘I wanna look good [for me]. I wanna feel good.”
Down the road, should her frame blow up a bit, that will be just fine too.
“There’s gonna be a time when I’m way curvier, and that’ll be sexy too,” she continued. “What defines sexy is not someone’s weight. Personally, I like curves.”
