Madonna and New York Yankees third baseman Alex Rodriguez were spotted in Mexico City over the weekend, the Associated Press reported.
When A-Rod was asked about being in the same city as the Material Mom, who was performing a sold-out second night of her “Sticky & Sweet” tour, A-Rod said it was “very good,” without elaborating.

There were some famous faces on the road at the ING New York City marathon on Sunday.
Actor Ryan Reynolds ran in the 26.2 mile race, as did Howard Stern’s wife, Beth Ostrosky, and Olympic gold medalists Brandi Chastain and Kerri Strug, according to People.
“I’m still standing. I’m very excited about that,” Ryan told People after the race on Sunday. He reportedly finished in just under four hours.

He may be pals with Hollywood’s elite, but David Beckham has no plans to head off the soccer field and follow his friends on to the big screen.
“What film career? I haven’t got one,” the soccer star told British GQ’s December issue.
Beckham, who is celebrating two decades as a soccer star, appears on the cover of British GQ, which is also celebrating it’s own 20-year anniversary (as a magazine). In the mag, Becks explained he had no plans to expand his resume to include movie work.
