LOS ANGELES, Calif. --

Stephanie Pratt revealed her battle with a slew of personal demons this week – including bulimia – but the reality star’s struggles were a mystery to one of her “Hills” co-stars.

“From the time I was 16 to recently I’ve battled a lot of demons including bad self-esteem, drugs, bad body image (bulemia) (sic), and depression,” Stephanie wrote on her blog earlier this week.

The news of Stephanie’s eating disorder came as a shock to co-star Audrina Patridge.

“I didn’t really know about this,” Audrina told Access Hollywood on Thursday at The Lakers’ Official Championship Victory Celebration at Club Nokia in LA. “I didn’t know she suffered from bulimia at all. I mean, I always see her eating when we went out and, I mean, it’s really sad.”

And though Stephanie said appearing alongside her fit co-stars contributed to her body image issues, Audrina said she’s never felt that pressure while mixing it up with her fellow starlets.

“I eat what I want, work out, I do whatever I want,” she said. “I have no problems like that whatsoever.”

Another “Hills” item that Audrina was in the dark about is that Spencer Pratt’s infamous apology phone call to Lauren Conrad for starting sex tape rumors was staged, according to LC herself.

“I knew nothing about that,” Audrina told Access. “That was none of my business.”
